ART DEPOT RENTAL INFORMATION

Host your private event at the historic Eleanor Bliss Center for the Arts. Originally a train depot, this 105 year old building has unique, rustic charm and acts as a blank canvas for your special event.

The Art Depot is a community building. A private party or wedding hosted here means the renter is responsible for all their own catering, set-up and take-down of tables, chairs, bar(s), and/or stage. A general courtesy cleaning, including taking the trash out to the dumpsters, cleaning up any cups, napkins, plates, and so forth, is also required.  A renter's security deposit will not be returned if damage is done to the historic Depot.

Baggage Room Facility Rental Cost:

($30/hr. (If under 3 hours rental)

Full day rental: $975 + $150 Cleaning Fee

Half Day Rental: $495 + $150 Cleaning Fee

$15/hr. (If under 3 hours rental)

Full day (8 hours) $975/2  = $487.50 + $150 Cleaning Fee

Half day (4 hours) $495/2 = $247.50 + $150 Cleaning Fee

Regular Cost for half day (4 hours): $250

Affiliate Cost for half day (4 hours):  $125

 

Regular Cost for full day (8 hours):  $500

Affiliate Cost for full day (8 hours): $250

The Baggage Room, alone, will seat about 125 people. If you are planning a sit-down dinner for more than this number, you should consider renting the front gallery. This space can be used for bar service and cocktail receptions. The fee to rent the gallery is an additional $250.

For rental of either or both spaces you will also need to pay an additional damage deposit of $200. This damage deposit also includes your key deposit. This deposit is returned or your check is torn up within a week after rental, as long as there is no permanent damage, the key is returned and a courtesy cleaning is completed after your event and before the next users access the building.

• 5 six-foot rectangular table (seats 6-8 people)

• 2 four-foot round tables (4-6 people)

PREP KITCHEN (rustic and small area)
• stove top
• oven (For heating not cooking)
• refrigerator
• two deep sinks
• microwave 
• limited counter space

OTHER AMENITIES (available upon request)
• wooden bar (Baggage Room)
• granite bar (front gallery only)
• 4 stools (front gallery only)
• projection screen
• 4 coolers
• piano
• easels
• wireless internet
• sound system connects to iPod, MP3 player, computer, etc. and mounted speakers/sound system

TABLE LINENS
The Art Depot does have various table linens available. However it is recommended that you rent your own table linens. If you would like to use the Art Depot's table linens, there is an additional $100 cleaning fee regardless of the amount of linens you use.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is needed to hold a date on the Depot Calendar. The remaining balance must be paid a week prior to your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If we are able to fill the date you have held, we will return your deposit in full.
